During Frontier Management’s 2011 Annual Manager Meeting in July, Frontier’s President & CEO, Greg Roderick, announced the winner of the Executive Director of The Year for 2011.
“Our Company is fortunate to have so many talented Executive Directors and therefore our selection process was extremely difficult,” shared Greg Roderick, President & CEO. "After reviewing Frontier’s Mission Statement and Values, one Executive Director definitely stood out over the past 12 months and deserved the nomination of Executive Director of The Year. The award winner was Nathan Emge at Princeton Village Assisted Living located in Clackamas, OR.”
Nathan Emge has been the Executive Director at Princeton Village since mid-2009. During Nathan’s leadership at the community, he has focused on quality resident services, supported an interior/exterior remodel project, mentored his department managers and staff, and created a positive environment for his residents.
“Nathan’s positive attitude and can-do spirit make him a special manager at Princeton Village,” stated Matthew Dunham, Exec. V.P. “When you walk into Princeton Village, Nathan and his team embrace you with excellent customer service and a sense of warmth.”
After receiving the award, Nathan expressed that he is unable to manage a wonderful community all by himself… it is his entire team that deserves recognition. He also shared that the residents of Princeton Village are an amazing group of people and he truly enjoys his job. We are honored to name Nathan Emge as Executive Director of The Year, and thank Nathan for his commitment to Princeton Village.
